It's ​graphics like these that encourage me to keep learning more and more about after effects. With the graphics provided from our corporate company Gray Media my job was to get the videos of our talent and make the whole project localized.

Branding is huge when you are a part of a massive production company that has affiliate stations all over the US. With graphics provided by Gray and videography by me; this promo was our way of showing that even though Gray Media is massive your local station is still here with you to cover what matters most to the people our station reaches.

One of our biggest broadcasts at KXII-SHERMAN is our 6:00 News so why not have an entire promo showcasing just that! It is always so fun when you get to work with the news talent and see them shine both on and off the air. I got to use a bunch of transition techniques with the help from Gray Media that I had never used before and can't wait to use them again.

This is one of 4 account executive campaigns that we released in 2024. We wanted to showcase how we could help local businesses reach more customers by creating commercials or digital ads for them. What better way to do that by comparing our own rating numbers with local landmarks. (Who wouldn't want to advertise to an entire football stadium)

This was such a fun and quick way to announce that one of our best reporters was getting promoted to be an evening anchor in our most watched newscast. Going through her old stand ups and then seeing her behind the news desk is awesome.

Promoting something that you know very little about can always be a challenge but luckily meteorologists are the nicest people and love to talk about the weather. While I didn't need to film anything for this specific promo it was nice to still see them and get their input on what important things should get highlighted.
